The Women in Business Forum presented by U.S. Bank is returning for it's fourth year!

Join us for an inspiring afternoon of connection and conversation as Tennis in the Land welcomes women from across all industries to explore the intersection of sports and business development.
This unique event brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to discuss how the world of sports can influence leadership, innovation, and growth in the business world.

Megan Rose
Managing Director, Head of Business Development and Operations, USTA Coaching

Megan currently serves as the Managing Director, Head of Business Development and Operations for (USTA) United States Tennis Association Coaching, where she leads coach recruitment and retention strategies, oversees operational excellence, and champions industry engagement through strategic outreach and partnerships.

Widely recognized as a leader in the sports industry, Megan brings a wealth of professional insight alongside her unique perspective as a former professional WTA player and collegiate athlete. ​

Meredith Batcheller
Head of Global Sports Marketing, ADOBE

in Meredith's role she oversees the global strategy and activation of Adobe’s sponsorship portfolio, including the NFL, Premier League, MLB, PGA TOUR, and Bay Area partnerships. She also spearheaded Adobe’s investments in women’s sports, which now span the NWSL, Golden State Valkyries, and the Adobe Women’s FA Cup . She joined Adobe in March 2022.

Batcheller played ice hockey for the Big Green at Dartmouth College, currently lives in Manhattan, and is a life-long Cleveland sports fan.

Leslie Allen
WTA Board Member (former)
 

Becoming the #17 tennis player in the world by its nature was a lesson in how to win on and off the court. Leslie knew first hand the complexities of navigating in a world that was not designed for her; a Black female tennis pro, so she redesigned the tennis world.

An honors graduate of the University of Southern California, with a degree in speech communications, an ATA, NCAA, and WTA champion who maintained a top twenty world ranking in singles. Joining trailblazers and mentors, Arthur Ashe and Billie Jean King, carving her own path and was the first African American woman to win a major pro tennis tournament since Althea Gibson.

Brittanie s. Chin-Merkerson
Vice PResident, Diversity, equity, and inclusion, rocket

Brittanie Chin-Merkerson is a seasoned leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEi), change management, and employee experience. As Vice President of DEi at Rocket Companies, she oversees strategies that strengthen inclusive practices and cultivate a workplace culture where everyone feels they belong. Her previous role as Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Johnson Controls International saw her lead DEi efforts across 150 countries, positively impacting more than 90,000 employees worldwide. 
​
She earned her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan. Brittanie is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and PROSCI change management practitioner-credentials that reflect her commitment to operational excellence and lasting organizational impact.
