JENNIFER DEUTSCHJennifer Deutsch is a veteran of the marketing and brand development space, with nearly four decades of experience on both the client and agency sides. As Chief Marketing Officer at Park Place Technologies, Jennifer leads the company’s global marketing and communication teams. Jennifer has built a stellar team of marketers who have overseen 22 acquisitions over the past 5 years and introduced a revolutionary, award winning, new product called ParkView ™.
Her commitment to STEM education and inspiring young women to explore technology careers led to Park Place initiating global coding programs; an internship and laptop donation program with the world’s largest STEM nonprofit, IWish; and an ongoing partnership with the Girl Scouts. Jennifer was the first female dual, four-year varsity athlete in the Ivy League. Jennifer competed on the Women’s Tennis and Swimming teams at Columbia University and captained both teams. Jennifer is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City and the proud mother of two sons who both played DI college tennis. |
ANDI GARTENAndria (Andi) Garten is Senior Vice President, Indiana + Ohio Branch Banking Leader, responsible for the strategic growth and performance of the consumer banking teams. She has been with U.S. Bank since 2001 and has worked in several markets, most recently serving as the Cleveland + Columbus Consumer and Business Banking Leader, overseeing all consumer and business banking sales and operations. Andi is an avid tennis player who plays with local club teams. She and her husband David currently reside in the Cleveland area with their two daughters, Charlotte and Amelia and their Goldendoodle, Shelbee.

EMILY ROGGENBURKEmily Roggenburk is an Indiana native living in Cleveland, Ohio. She has long been a lover of art and design, which led her to Indiana University to study apparel merchandising and fashion design. Emily Roggenburk Studios was born when Emily decided to rent a helicopter on the day of the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers Parade to capture the celebrations from above. Emily's love for hometown pride, often linked to Cleveland sports, also led to the creation of her apparel line, which celebrates who you are, where you’re from, and what you aspire to be. The mission of Emily Roggenburk Studios is to unite others through camaraderie and shared passions.

MARY BETH PATEMary Beth Pate works in healthcare today, but her career started in sports. Following her college career, as a sports marketing major at Bowling Green State University, she worked for Hermes Sports and Events and the Cleveland Browns. Those two organizations helped shape her career in communications and event production that ultimately led her to the Cleveland Clinic where she has been for the past 17 years.
As her career has grown at the Cleveland Clinic she has had the opportunity to take on new areas of responsibility. Her current role is to oversee enterprises advertising efforts, including the management of all creative and media strategy and data and analytics. Additionally, she oversees all of the sponsorships with the Cleveland Guardians and Cavaliers, as well as large scale events and activations. She also manages all the philanthropy communications for the enterprise. In the community, Mary Beth sits on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio, BGSU’s Foundations Board and has been a long-time advocate for PAWS (Public Animal Welfare Society). |

Jami KintonJami Kinton is the marketing director at Sluss Realty Company in Mansfield, as well as a writer for the Great Lakes Publishing Company. She is also the lead host for Fusion LIVE, previously Radio Disney, where she travels around the country to host live shows for kids and families. She just began her 11th season a host for the Cleveland Guardians, and has been modeling and acting and working in production for the last 20 years. When she's not working, there is nothing she loves more than to spend time with her husband Grant, newborn daughter Allie and dog Snowball.
