Join us for a day filled with celebration, recognition, and empowerment for women in sport.

Bailey Mincer Art Director, Cleveland Cavaliers Bailey leads the graphic design team and drives the visual direction for everything from marketing campaigns to court designs and merchandise collections. With a background in Graphic Design and Entrepreneurship, she brings both creative vision and strategic thinking to her work in the fast-paced world of professional sports. As a woman in a leadership role, Bailey is passionate about inspiring the next generation of creatives to dream big, take bold risks, and confidently pursue careers they may not have thought were possible.
Ally Eclairn Co-Founder of State Champs and The W Sports Bar Ally is a brand builder, product marketer, and creative with 12+ years of experience working at startups and within sports.A passionate advocate for women’s sports, Ally co-founded State Champs, a community-driven streetwear brand that celebrates women's sports and culture. State Champs has partnered with Togethxr, the NCAA Final Four, Orlando Pride, Racing Louisville FC, Tennis in the Land, Cleveland Pro Soccer, and the iconic 1999 Women’s World Cup team. She is also the co-owner of The W Sports Bar, Cleveland’s first and only women’s sports bar, and co-host of Soccer Moms FC, a podcast that brings humor, heart, and perspective to the world of women’s sports.
Christy Harst Voice Over Actor & Creator of the Building Doors Campaign Christy is a voice-over actor, former college athlete and advocate for gender equity in media. Motivated by her own challenges breaking into sports voice-over, she founded Building Doors to empower women in an industry historically dominated by male voices. Christy is a champion for representation and has become a leading voice for gender diversity in the voice-over community. Her voice has been featured as the national brand voice for YouTubeTV and John Deere, as well as in a variety of other broadcast and non-broadcast projects. She works out of her StudioBricks studio in Cleveland, Ohio.
