Where is Tennis in the Land held?

Tennis in the Land will be held at Nautica Entertainment Complex in Cleveland's Flats West Bank.

Where can I park?

​There are many places near the venue for fans to park! The Nautica Entertainment Parking lot is the closest lot to the venue.

How do I access my tickets?

All tickets for the 2024 Tennis in the Land tournament will be digital. To view your tickets, please download the SeatGeek Mobile App and create an account using the email your order confirmation was sent to. Once you have created an account, you should see your Tennis in the Land tickets under the "Tickets" page within the app. ​

When do gates open?

On the tournament schedule page, you will find the start times for each session. Gates will open one hour before the start time of the session.

When does the session end?

​There are no definite session-ending times, as all sessions last until the matches for that session are completed or the session is determined to be completed (due to rain or other circumstance). In general, the sessions which start at 11 a.m. usually last until about 5 p.m., and the sessions which start at 6:30 p.m. usually last until approximately 11 p.m. Again, ending times are dependent on the length of the matches scheduled for that session.

Is there re-entry?

​Fans will be allowed to exit and re-enter as many times as they would like. You will receive a wristband upon entry. Re-entry will not be granted without this wristband.

What happens if it rains?

​Matches that are rained out will be rescheduled for later in a session, if possible. Sessions will only be cancelled if no match is completed and less than 1 hour and 30 minutes of Tennis are played in a given session. There is no guarantee that any match will officially be played in a given session. Please visit our Ticketing Policy page for more information on all ticket and venue policies.

What if I only want to watch one match?

 You will need a ticket to attend each session. Please be prepared to present your ticket to the usher for entry to Stadium Court.

Your day session ticket is only valid during the day session and your evening session ticket is only valid during the evening session. If you have an evening session ticket and would also like to attend the day session, you will have to purchase a day session ticket and vice versa. All tickets will give you access to the outer match courts. 

How many match courts will I be able to access?

​Three match courts and three practice courts through Tuesday, August 20; every ticket will allow access to all courts. For the latter half of the tournament week, courts will be reduced to only the main stadium court due to draw size.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter the tournament grounds. All children over the age of 2 will be required to have a ticket for entry. ​
